Yes. All memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment. After the initial 6 months, memberships continue month-to-month.
Memberships are automatically billed on the 1st or 15th of each month to the card on file. If you sign up online you will be billed on the day you become a member.
Each membership includes one treatment per month, plus exclusive discounts on additional services and retail products, based on the membership selected.
Yes. Unused credits roll over as long as your membership remains active. Annual credits expire after 12 months.
Yes. After completing the 6-month commitment, memberships may be canceled, cancellation form must be filled out.
You have 90 days from your last billing date to use any remaining credits. After that, unused credits will expire.
Yes. Memberships may be frozen for up to 3 months for $30 per month, after the initial 6 payments are completed. Memberships cannot be canceled during the freeze period.
No. Memberships are non-transferable.
